H&C Gaswork Ltd – Logo Design – Gas & Plumbing Services

More than what meets the eye. I added an extra layer of detail to this logo design for H&C Gaswork; a gas and plumbing service based in Leeds.

The owner has a background in chemistry having studied it at university. Taking his background in chemistry and combining the logo layout with the skeletal formula for methane (main component in natural gas); I developed a logo that has an underlying meaning.

One of the key aims of the project was to create a logo that stood out from the competition and wasn’t just some plain text with a flame next to it. I designed the logo to be interchangeable and usable on a wide range of media formats.
